Analyze data to identify trends, uncover product improvement ideas, provide actionable recommendations, and support business leaders in making strategic decisions; 3. Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth; 4. Implement best practices in data quality and governance to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance; 5. Define analytics needs and execute data solutions that drive business growth in partnership with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams; 6. Guide and mentor junior members of the data team, helping them develop technical and analytical skills and supporting their professional development. May telecommute from any US location.
