WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING Use a working operational understanding of HVAC systems including split systems, DX systems, chilled water, glycol, controls, etc. Perform standard Preventative Maintenance duties on all HVAC equipment efficiently and without requiring supervision. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, changing out compressors, failed parts, etc. on all A/C equipment. Solder, braze refrigerant lines, water lines, etc. Communicate daily with dispatcher reporting job by job information about equipment ID, estimated time to complete job, labor hours and parts used. Read and interpret schematics and control circuits. Perform start up services on basic HVAC equipment. Answers installing contractors technical questions. Interface with the customer on a professional basis and present Company in a positive light. Properly complete required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner including work orders
