JOB PURPOSEThe Project Superintendent is responsible for the safety, quality, efficiency, and timeliness of the project. This position will provide on-site coordination for all phases of the project, including material, equipment, subcontractors, and labor. While there are specific responsibilities and expectations described below, it is essential that the Project Superintendent be organized, possess good judgment skills, communicate effectively, and have technical knowledge of earthwork, drainage, structural concrete, drilled shafts, etc.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop, refine and update the project scheduleComplete knowledge and understanding of contract drawings/specificationsUnderstand project costs and manage company assetsCreate and manage project documentationCoordinate project operations including subcontractors and material vendorsKnowledge of all regulations to ensure all aspects of the project are compliant
